    • The buyer is responsible for the return of the item or items to the seller, and it is important that you retain the packaging your item arrives in as returns will only be accepted if the item or items are returned in the original condition with all the original packaging, no damaged items or items with parts missing will be accepted. To qualify for a full refund the item MUST be returned in the same condition in which you received it and complete with all accessories.  All return items must have been agreed in the first instance by the seller and no return items will be accepted that have not been agreed with the seller. All damage, faults or problems must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Any issues reported after this period will not be covered.

      WARRANTY

      The warranty is for the period specified in the listing and for the first 30 days it is a seller collect and return warranty and then for the duration of the warranty it is a RTB (Return to Base) warranty.  All warranties are UK warranties and are not international warranties.
